April was born in Dallas, Texas on April 6 (she didn't want to disclose the year.) She once lived in Austin for 5 years and then left, only to return again. She has been in Austin for the past 14 years now and plans on keeping it that way. April has no nicknames or hidden talents (I bet her kids could think of a talent that she has.) Her food weakness is Nacho Cheese Doritos and her favorite pizza is "trashcan, including the anchovies". She enjoys watching college football and going kayaking. Matthew 11:28 is her favorite verse. Her favorite childhood memory is being on her boat with her family. She enjoys comedy movies, and watches Scrubs and Friends on TV. April is a big fan of mowing the yard, but cannot stand cleaning the toilet (her son is Chris, what would you expect)? She prides herself on her sense of humor and her sense of adventure. The most daring thing April has done, is take a group of girl scouts tent camping in the rain! She has never been embarrassed, maybe thats why she is good at keeping secrets. She is an amazing knitter, which is something she enjoys to do on her days off.
April joined the gang first as a volunteer, to just help out behind the scenes. But, over time really wanted to be more involved with Student !mpact.
April is married to Chris, they have 1 son, Chris(topher), and 1 daughter, Julia.
